Quality service, Professional Service and Technicians. Very caring customer service, Jackie would not let me hang up until my issue was resolved or going to be resolved. She reassured me my issue would be taken care and it was exactly as she stated. All three Precisions employees were caring, giving me full attention. That’s customer service at its best! John and Logan were very professional men that looked thoroughly into my issues to address my concerns and questions. All three delivered satisfactory results concerning my home. Thanks everyone!

Precision Garage door was contacted and the next day Tech Mason Heal came to my home introduced himself, was very professional. He explained what was going to take place, presented me with 3 estimates and explained each. Mason left the area clean and tested my garage door. I’m very pleased with my repairs and the customer service when making my service appointment
