We recently moved into our new home which had a garage opening system dating back to 1995. The one remote we had did not work. Aaron was our tech and explained everything, showed us what he could do but, was not pressuring when offering solutions. We are delighted, we have a new opening system with two remotes and all is good. Aaron did a good job of explaining how to use everything and left us with brochures and a business card to reach him in case we had any problems with the garage door.

Quality service, but be aware of their exhorbent labor costs. Aaron performed the repair in a professional and courteous manner. My 100 year old mom needed the repair immediately to have access in/out of her house so we couldn't get other estimates. Precision charged a flat $200 just to determine what needed repaired; $188 for two torsion cables which costs around $44; $210 for 3 flanged ball bearings which costs about $30; and over $200 for 2, 10 inch drums. I called the company the next day and was told labor costs was included with each part replaced. It took less than 2 hours to perform the repair, costs my mom over $800 to install parts that probably costs less than $200. The math says that's about $300/hour for labor. If you have time, always get 3 estimates. Other contractors now told me should have been $500-$600 for this work. Just a word of caution.

The technician was very knowledgeable and showed me other components that were wearing after 30 years of service. I was quite impressed that he had all the parts needed on his truck. I highly recommend this company for any garage door issues!

My garage door openers were not pairing properly to my remote. No matter what I did, I couldn't resolve the issue. I didn't anything about your company. I used google search and selected your company from the list. I was please that you provided SAME DAY SERVICE. I was extremely please with Aaron the service rep. This was the best home service experience I’ve ever had. Like all homeowners I need HVAC people, plumbing, electrical, etc. my garage doors broke and I had no idea who to call so I found Precision on google and called at 10am. By 315 pm I had two brand new perfectly working garage doors.
