What can I say other than Brandon & Josh were on time, were courteous, professional, did everything I asked, answered all my questions and didn't think I was too stupid. Oh, they got along well with my dog and their truck didn't leak any oil onto my driveway.. So, other than the cost (Jeez...I know, it's not 1992 anymore), I'm most satisfied (for now, anyway) and impressed with the product that's seems to be a marked improvement over what was installed in 1989.

Had tried another company in Tallahassee not impressed. Saw Precisions rating and decided to give them a try. What a great experience from setting the appointment to having a knowledgeable and professional technician do the install. Derek C the technician knew exactly what the problem was and found some other areas that needed attention. He offered several repair options with no pressure. He was quick and efficient and also provide me with preventative maintenance tips for the garage door. Super satisfied will definitely be calling Precision for my garage door needs in the future.

Garage door was having major trouble opening. The Precision Garage Door Service in Tallahassee went above and beyond expectations and quickly fixed my door as they notice broken springs. The nice part was watching the leader Brad Boyer training an apprentice - great leader and great teacher. The quality of the work was the best garage door service I have ever had. Brad Boyer changed the backup battery in my garage door opener to stop it from beeping every thirty seconds. Brad and another employee named Josh, removed the garage door so I can get the framing repaired that was damaged by termites. Both were professional and courteous!

Brad Boyer fixed my garage door this morning. He is a wonderful representative for your company. Not only is he personable, but he goes the extra mile. It didn’t take him long to figure out what was going on with my garage door. And it was not what I thought!!! He quickly detected the problem, solved it, tested it many times to be sure it was fixed. My service technician, John Pannell, was fantastic. Competence is what you look for most in a home repair and John's competence was readily apparent from his investigation and diagnosis of the issues. What was especially refreshing, in a world where customer service has become nonexistent, was his dedication to a forthright, professional, and comprehensive solution. Although the task ultimately took hours longer than anticipated, due to prior "creative engineering" by my family, he tackled the problem with an amazing sense of humor and dedication to seeing the job done right. My garage door and opener has never worked this well. I wish I had called years ago. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.
