I was totally surprised with Tyler, excellent technician and outstanding salesman. No pressure from the moment he set foot out of the truck till the installation was complete. I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure everything was operating properly and I was familiar with the repairs that he completed. Last place I saw this attitude was where I work. Really happy with my experience very professional and I know I have a business to look forward calling on in future. .

Outstanding service! Promptly scheduled, timely arrival, and with advance notice of the name and a photograph of their technician and his exact ETA down to the minute. Resolved everything and provided a full report on my garage door system as well. Great job!

I selected Precision Door after reading the reviews from previous customers and looking through the website. I booked online and it couldn’t have been easier nor convenient! Within minutes, Tyler was answering the call and had driven to the house. He expertly replaced the broken spring and performed other tasks to fully repair the door. We were fully satisfied with the entire process!!
