Competence is what you look for most in a home repair and John's competence was readily apparent from his investigation and diagnosis of the issues. What was especially refreshing, in a world where customer service has become nonexistent, was his dedication to a forthright, professional, and comprehensive solution. Although the task ultimately took hours longer than anticipated, due to prior "creative engineering" by my family, he tackled the problem with an amazing sense of humor and dedication to seeing the job done right. Brad was out here in no time to discuss our needs and we were able to choose a new door, pay 1/2 for it and get the ball rolling. Next thing we knew, Logan was here to install the door. We are extremely happy with our new garage door, it makes such a difference in the outside appearance of our home now.
