Quality service, Professional Service and Technicians. Very caring customer service, Jackie would not let me hang up until my issue was resolved or going to be resolved. My service technician, John Pannell, was fantastic. Competence is what you look for most in a home repair and John's competence was readily apparent from his investigation and diagnosis of the issues. What was especially refreshing, in a world where customer service has become nonexistent, was his dedication to a forthright, professional, and comprehensive solution. Although the task ultimately took hours longer than anticipated, due to prior "creative engineering" by my family, he tackled the problem with an amazing sense of humor and dedication to seeing the job done right.
