I was totally surprised with Tyler, excellent technician and outstanding salesman. No pressure from the moment he set foot out of the truck till the installation was complete. I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure everything was operating properly and I was familiar with the repairs that he completed. Last place I saw this attitude was where I work. Really happy with my experience very professional and I know I have a business to look forward calling on in future. .

What can I say other than Brandon & Josh were on time, were courteous, professional, did everything I asked, answered all my questions and didn't think I was too stupid. Oh, they got along well with my dog and their truck didn't leak any oil onto my driveway.. So, other than the cost (Jeez...I know, it's not 1992 anymore), I'm most satisfied (for now, anyway) and impressed with the product that's seems to be a marked improvement over what was installed in 1989.

Had tried another company in Tallahassee not impressed. Saw Precisions rating and decided to give them a try. What a great experience from setting the appointment to having a knowledgeable and professional technician do the install. Derek C the technician knew exactly what the problem was and found some other areas that needed attention. He offered several repair options with no pressure. He was quick and efficient and also provide me with preventative maintenance tips for the garage door. Super satisfied will definitely be calling Precision for my garage door needs in the future.

Both Brad, technician in Tallahassee and Derek in Valdosta did an excellent job on new smart garage doors, outside keypad and mechanical services they provided to our residences. On time as expected unlike many other service professionals and no excuses as to “not enough employees”! Superior —above the rest! Thank you

Garage door was having major trouble opening. The Precision Garage Door Service in Tallahassee went above and beyond expectations and quickly fixed my door as they notice broken springs. The nice part was watching the leader Brad Boyer training an apprentice - great leader and great teacher. The quality of the work was the best garage door service I have ever had. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Brad Boyer changed the backup battery in my garage door opener to stop it from beeping every thirty seconds. Brad and another employee named Josh, removed the garage door so I can get the framing repaired that was damaged by termites. Both were professional and courteous!

Brad Boyer fixed my garage door this morning. He is a wonderful representative for your company. Not only is he personable, but he goes the extra mile. It didn’t take him long to figure out what was going on with my garage door. And it was not what I thought!!! He quickly detected the problem, solved it, tested it many times to be sure it was fixed. In addition, he lubricated the door and made it run smoother than it had since it was installed. I am very pleased with him and your company. Kathy.

I liked that your ad included the BBB statement, since I was calling from your ad, not a referral. The technician, Shawn, arrived as expected, was courteous, and took are of our problem. He was efficient and professional. I did not request a receipt so I expect it to come by email. Marilyn
