My service technician, John Pannell, was fantastic. Competence is what you look for most in a home repair and John's competence was readily apparent from his investigation and diagnosis of the issues. What was especially refreshing, in a world where customer service has become nonexistent, was his dedication to a forthright, professional, and comprehensive solution. Although the task ultimately took hours longer than anticipated, due to prior "creative engineering" by my family, he tackled the problem with an amazing sense of humor and dedication to seeing the job done right. My garage door and opener has never worked this well. I wish I had called years ago. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.

We needed a new garage door as our old door came with the house in 1978 and finally broke one day. Precision was the first and only place we called, or for that matter, needed to call. Brad was out here in no time to discuss our needs and we were able to choose a new door, pay 1/2 for it and get the ball rolling. Next thing we knew, Logan was here to install the door. We are extremely happy with our new garage door, it makes such a difference in the outside appearance of our home now.

Nathan and Amanda did a very good job of explaining our options in trying to fix and ultimately replace the mechanism and remote for our original equipment 1997 garage door opener. They were on time and installed the new equipment in a quick and professional manner.

The garage door was broken and my neighbor had mentioned that she had seen your advertisement on TV. I had not, but looked up your number and called. Though I had never heard of you, I made an appointment. You came today and repaired my door. I really thought it was beyond repair. I had wanted it done ASAP. However they couldn’t do so until Monday. So I said fine. They came did the work and I was very pleased. Both men were very efficient. They left no mess behind. They were nice, friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

We recently moved into our new home which had a garage opening system dating back to 1995. The one remote we had did not work. Aaron was our tech and explained everything, showed us what he could do but, was not pressuring when offering solutions. We are delighted, we have a new opening system with two remotes and all is good. Aaron did a good job of explaining how to use everything and left us with brochures and a business card to reach him in case we had any problems with the garage door.
