Competence is what you look for most in a home repair and John's competence was readily apparent from his investigation and diagnosis of the issues. What was especially refreshing, in a world where customer service has become nonexistent, was his dedication to a forthright, professional, and comprehensive solution. Although the task ultimately took hours longer than anticipated, due to prior "creative engineering" by my family, he tackled the problem with an amazing sense of humor and dedication to seeing the job done right. We needed a new garage door as our old door came with the house in 1978 and finally broke one day. Precision was the first and only place we called, or for that matter, needed to call. Brad was out here in no time to discuss our needs and we were able to choose a new door, pay 1/2 for it and get the ball rolling. Next thing we knew, Logan was here to install the door. We are extremely happy with our new garage door, it makes such a difference in the outside appearance of our home now.

The garage door was broken and my neighbor had mentioned that she had seen your advertisement on TV. I had not, but looked up your number and called. Though I had never heard of you, I made an appointment. You came today and repaired my door. I really thought it was beyond repair. I had wanted it done ASAP. However they couldn’t do so until Monday. So I said fine. They came did the work and I was very pleased. Both men were very efficient. They left no mess behind. They were nice, friendly, kind and knowledgeable.
